About Me
I‘m Liz and I’ve been a sports performance coach since 2003, I’m Australian, and like all Aussies I love my sport, whether playing or watching, I give it 100%. I’ve been lucky enough to play competitive golf, netball, basketball, hockey, volleyball, tennis, running, skiing and badminton.
Being a Personal Trainer allows me to share my two real passions, health and fitness and my love of training others.
My primary focus is Sports Performance Coaching, where I specialise in golf and athletic excellence, working with each and every client to centre precisely on their goals and desires. I apply my knowledge and experience in sport coaching, professional golf management, nutrition, sport psychology, anatomy and physiology, golf and biomechanics practicum, to ensure challenging and effective sessions and programs.
I’ve worked with a wide range of clients over the years, from the elite sports person through to the first timer. Whether you are looking to extend your athletic performance or simply would like to feel better about your health, we can design a personal training program to suit.
I believe as your personal trainer our relationship should be two way, I will help you reach your goals, and you will feedback to me what works for you. That way our sessions become more effective and you achieve your gains in a shorter time. I also think that the training should be fun, I will gently encourage and support you through the sessions, ensuring that when you are finished, you know you have given it all.
